A "Page" is defined as one 8 1/2" x 11" double-spaced page in 12 point standard font. Fees are calculated based on the number of pages when the manuscript is received.

Discounts: 

I offer a 10% discount for first time customers, which will be valid for the first 30 days of work received. Additional discounts may apply depending on the size or scope of jobs involved.

Payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of invoice.

This list only provides an example of materials that can be proofread.

Ongoing Accounts:

If you or your company expect to need my services on a continuing basis, we can set up a running account where I bill you for the total page count on a monthly basis. This simplifies billing and payment, and lets you avoid minimum charges for individual documents.
